Catherine Siri Sat Liska is a lifelong dancer who celebrates the joy of movement as a spiritual practice. A former member of Jawaahir Dance Company (1992-2005) and Cassandra School of Belly dance Instructor, it was through the practice of Yoga that she began to fully comprehend how important the connection between our body, conscious awareness, and creativity is to our overall health and well being. Her own embodiment journey lead her to become a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Global SomaticsTM Practitioner, YogaMeetsDanceTM instructor, Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, Sai Maa Diksha Giver, and Shamballa MultiDimensional Healing Practitioner.
Each of us is a spark of divinity – a spiritual being having a human experience – and each of us have unlimited capacity for love and healing when we take time to deeply listen to our breath, our body, our spirit. Over her years of teaching, Catherine has been blessed to witness the incredible capacity that each and every person has within him/herself for personal elevation and healing through dialogue with his/her own body. She honors every experience in life, whether wonderful or difficult, as an opportunity to discover and release unhealthy patterns that keep us each from living fully as the happy, bountiful person we are capable of being. In her classes Catherine welcomes all opportunities to connect with others to play, nurture and celebrate the body/mind/spirit through dance, yoga and the healing arts.

Tiera Rozman is a graduate of the 200 Hour International Teacher Training Program in Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh & Tej. She is also trained in Khasla Way prenatal yoga. She likes to have her students laugh, sweat and move. She believes very strongly in the power of the mind to heal the body and brings that energy to all her classes. Through Kundalini Yoga and meditation she challenges her students to release their worries and stress and come to a place of inner strength, joy and happiness. When she was forced to try yoga by her sister in 2005, she was thrilled with what she found. In her first Kundalini Yoga class with Gurmukh she found the missing piece to the puzzle. Kundalini Yoga allowed Tiera a means to release the old energy that was holding her back. She is grateful everyday that her sister needed someone to share a room with at a yoga conference, it changed her life.
Lindsay Kocka. While being passionate about cycling and running for many years, my discovery of the Yoga practice has bridged the gap between physical well-being as well as spiritual and meditative exploration. My greatest moments within my personal practice have been rooted in using breath and movement in order to receive awareness in the present moment. Likewise, my passion for teaching resides in the hope of being a vessel to help guide others to those moments of calm and quiet, where the mind can rest and we can feel what it is to be alive, right here, right now. Through this journey of teaching and of being taught, I'm infinitely grateful to share this practice of conscious breath and Asana, finding the balance between strength of body and softness of mind. "When you let go of focusing only on external strength in the poses by tuning in to the breath and the flow of movement, you'll find the truth of your strength, which is in your spirit. Spiritual strength always trumps egoic strength."(James Higgins, Yoga Journal) "The postures should have both steadiness and ease." (Yoga Sutra 2.46, Pantanjali) Namaste.

Amy especially enjoys working with people who may not feel entitled to the practice of Yoga or who do not fit the stereotype of a traditional Yoga practitioner. Amy’s classes are based on the 8-Limbed path of Patanjali’s traditional Yoga philosophy. Amy conceptualizes Yoga as a meditative practice and offers integrative Yoga classes that are intended to nourish the mind, the body, and the human spirit. Ultimately, Amy believes that Yoga practice is about cultivating a kind, compassionate, and caring relationship with ourselves and that once we establish this self-relationship, we then have the freedom to authentically and effortlessly offer these qualities to others.
